SCESA is a multi-vendor marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers across the country. As such, shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the specific seller fulfilling your order.
Most sellers on our platform require 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The charges depend on the weight of the items and the distance between the seller's location and your delivery address.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes).
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you purchase items from multiple sellers in a single transaction, you will receive separate shipments and tracking numbers for each seller's package. Shipping costs are calculated per seller.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the seller directly within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. If the issue is not resolved by the seller, you may escalate the issue to SCESA support.
